When you create an account, buy a ticket, or register as an organizer, promoter, or agency, we collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, and payment details necessary to process your transaction.

We also collect usage data — pages visited, events viewed, and referral links clicked — to help organizers understand their audience and to improve the platform.

We use your information to process ticket purchases, deliver tickets, communicate updates about events you've bought tickets to, pay out organizers and promoters, and detect fraudulent activity.

We never sell your personal information to third parties. Event organizers can see the name and email of attendees for events they run, so they can manage entry and communicate important updates.

Your data is stored with Google Firebase infrastructure, encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to attendee and financial data is restricted to authorized roles only — organizers, agency staff, and platform administrators each have scoped access enforced by our security rules.

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us. Some information (like transaction records) may be retained where required for accounting or legal purposes.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. Promoter referral links use a short-lived tracking parameter to attribute ticket sales to the promoter who shared them.
